Do you have a shuttle from the airport?
Unfortunately, our hotel does not provide a shuttle service. But feel free to arrange your own. We recommend Sydney Super Shuttles – Book – Transfer
Taxi or Uber?
Both Taxi’s and Ubers can be booked or hailed from Sydney Airport to our hotel. This is a recommended option for our guests and costs around $20-25 on average.
Do you have parking at the hotel?
Free onsite parking is available, subject to availability. Unforutanately we are unable to book a parking space for you. If our parking is full, there is also complimentary, untimed street parking nearby.
How do I check-in / check-out?
What is the check in time?
All our rooms are guaranteed to be available from 3:00 PM.
Early check-in before 3:00 PM:
Ask at the the team on arrival about early check-in. This is only possible when rooms are available. If there are no rooms, ask about our free luggage storage.
Check-in between 2:00 PM and midnight:
Your room is available and there are no extra charges for late arrival.
Check-in after midnight:
Call the hotel and they will hold your room until no later than 10:00 AM the next day.
Until what time is the hotel open?
Our team is available from 10am until 4am, Monday to Saturday and 10am to Midnight Sunday. Guest departing prior to our opening time of 10am can checkout online.
Do I need an ID when checking in?
ID is required at the time of check-in. The following ID is accepted: passport, driver’s licence, any type of ID valid for travel.
Your data will only be used for identification, age verification and security purposes.
What is the check out time?
Check-out is at 10.00 AM.
What can I find at the hotel?
Can you store my luggage?
We are happy to keep your luggage on the day of your arrival and departure, as long as storage space is available.
Do you provide laundry service?
There are no laundry or dry-cleaning facilities at the hotel, but guests can visit The Rosebery Laundry Service, just a 3 minute walk away, for a coin operated laundry.
Do you have a gym?
There are no gym facilities at this hotel, but you don’t have to give up on fitness. You can use the free Wi-Fi to stream your favourite workout video. If the sun is shining, you can visit Turruwul Park Outdoor Gym – which is just a 5 minute walk from the hotel and is free. For those looking for additional facilites and classes, there’s a Plus Fitness, Crunch Gym and Anytime Fitness Zetland within around 10 minutes walk of the hotel.

Do you provide breakfast?
Unfortunately we don’t offer breakfast ourselves. 2 minutes walk is Two Fives Cafe, offering single origin coffee and creative brunch plates – check-out their menu here. Plus 5 minutes walk away is Born To Bake Greek Patisserie cafe, which offers a great selection of sweet treats, Toby’s Estate coffee and fresh croissants.
